Sponsorship Opportunities

Annual Chapter Sponsor - $1000.00

• Annual sponsor of PRSA Volunteer Chapter (five available)
• The organization’s logo is displayed on the homepage of the website (volunteerprsa.org) with a website link.
• The organization’s logo is displayed in the monthly newsletter of PRSA Volunteer Chapter with website link.
• Sponsor to be listed with logo on monthly program webpages and in program promotional emails.
• One social media post each month, on PRSA Volunteer Chapter managed channels, that highlight the sponsor for the year of the agreement.
• The sponsor will also have the option of submitting an educational article for the newsletter. PRSA Volunteer Chapter retains editorial rights. Articles are due to PRSA Volunteer Chapter by the twentieth day of each month for publication on the first of the following month. These will also be posted to the website of PRSA Volunteer Chapter.
• Sponsor will have the option of presenting a webinar/program hosted by PRSA Volunteer Chapter during the sponsorship timeframe. The content of the webinar must be educational in nature and be approved by the PRSA Volunteer Chapter.
• Sponsor can have one e-mail sent to all PRSA Volunteer Chapter members by PRSA Volunteer Chapter. Sponsor will provide the content and PRSA Volunteer Chapter will send the e-mail. PRSA Volunteer Chapter will decide on distribution date. Content must be provided to PRSA Volunteer Chapter at least 30-days before requested distribution timeframe.
• One complimentary registration to PRSA Volunteer Chapter’s monthly programs (excludes conferences and Communicator of the Year).
• One complimentary registration to the Communicator of the Year Awards or 25% off the cost of a table at the event.
• One complimentary membership to PRSA Volunteer Chapter. Must also be a PRSA National member in good standing to receive this benefit.
